What is HRD Corp?
HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation) manages a levy-based training fund that Malaysian employers can tap to fully subsidise workforce training.
SBL-Khas Scheme
Employers don't pay upfront. Training fees are directly debited from your HRD Corp account. Minimum of 4 hours of training required, public or private.
Who Can Claim?
Malaysian employers registered with HRD Corp are eligible to claim. Both public and private sector training programmes qualify under the scheme.

Step-by-Step Claim Guide
Follow these 6 simple steps to claim your HRD Corp training fees via the eTRiS portal.

Login to eTRiS
Login to the HRDF Portal and launch the eTRiS system using your employer credentials.

Navigate to Grant Application
Click 'Application' → 'Grant' → 'Apply Grant' from the navigation menu.

Select SBL-Khas Scheme
Select 'SBL' from the Scheme Code dropdown, then click 'Apply' to proceed.

Fill in Training Details
Enter course name, training dates, provider (Garranto Academy), and number of participants.

Submit Before Training Starts
Submit the application and await HRD Corp approval before your training programme begins.

Submit Claim After Training
After training is complete, attach completion documents and submit your claim via eTRiS under 'Claim' → 'Submit Claims with Grants'.
