About the Programme
What is Project KADA?
Korea-ASEAN Digital Academy (KADA)
Project KADA is a digital talent development initiative spearheaded by NIPA (National IT Industry Promotion Agency of South Korea) in collaboration with ASEAN partners. It is part of the broader Korea-ASEAN Digital Innovation Flagship (KADIF) project, designed to narrow the digital skills gap across the ASEAN region.

- ▸ Expand AI and software talent pipelines in Malaysia

Garranto as Local Operating Agency (LOA)
For the 2026–2027 programme cycle, Garranto Academy has been selected as the Local Operating Agency (LOA) responsible for executing the KADA Malaysia Track. Garranto will conduct 4 training cohorts between April 2026 and April 2027, in collaboration with Ablearn (South Korea) and supported by MDEC (Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation).
Eligibility Criteria
- ▸ Fresh graduates from IT or related disciplines
- ▸ Final-year university students in relevant fields
- ▸ No tuition fee required — fully sponsored
- ▸ Selection via pre-training assessment (1 week before cohort starts)
