About the Programme

What is Project KADA?

Korea-ASEAN Digital Academy (KADA)

Project KADA is a digital talent development initiative spearheaded by NIPA (National IT Industry Promotion Agency of South Korea) in collaboration with ASEAN partners. It is part of the broader Korea-ASEAN Digital Innovation Flagship (KADIF) project, designed to narrow the digital skills gap across the ASEAN region.

Garranto as Local Operating Agency (LOA)

For the 2026–2027 programme cycle, Garranto Academy has been selected as the Local Operating Agency (LOA) responsible for executing the KADA Malaysia Track. Garranto will conduct 4 training cohorts between April 2026 and April 2027, in collaboration with Ablearn (South Korea) and supported by MDEC (Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation).

KADA Malaysia offers two tailored training tracks focused on AI-enabled Full Stack Development, catering to different levels of prior technical experience.

Cohort 1 - 2026

Basic Track

Designed for participants who are new to web development. This track builds foundational full-stack skills β€” covering frontend, backend, and databases β€” with AI tools and concepts woven in to support and accelerate the development workflow.
